The kids and I were not able to attend the graduation ceremonies, which made me quite sad, but some people did take pictures of J so I wanted to share them here on the blog because I am so very proud of him.
Hope everyone has a nice Memorial Day weekend, but please remember to honor those for whom we have this holiday, those who paid the ultimate price. God Bless our troops!

My name is Shan Shan. I'm working on a PBS documentary called "Coming Back," profiling returning veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan and their reentry experience. We're also looking at how families deal with reentry--the challenges they might face as well as their accomplishments with readjustment. At the moment, we're looking for military spouses whose partner is either (1) currently deployed and will be returning home soon, or (2) returned from overseas within the past year.
