It's Saturday~Yumm-o Recipes

1 lb hot sausage
1 lb mild sausage
Party Rye Bread (found in the bakery section at the grocery store)
1 lb Velveeta cheese
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic

Cook sausage and drain. Melt cheese in microwave with a little milk. Mix ingredients together. Place mix on top of rye bread. Bake for 10-12 minutes on 350.

1 pkg Tastefully Simple Baby Blue Cheese Dip Mix
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream

Mix all ingredients together and chill in refrigerator.

**I am not a fan of blue cheese, but this dip is very mild

1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup confectioner's sugar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
3/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans

Mix cream cheese, butter, and vanilla together until fluffy. Add sugars until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Then shape into a ball and refrigerate another hour. Before serving roll cheese ball in pecans. Serve with teddy grahams and graham crackers

Enjoy your Saturday! AND....... WAR EAGLE beat them Vols!!!!
