Spooky Snacks

Happy Halloween!!!
Tonight we are going to have a small get together with some neighbors and friends we have not seen in a while. Below are some of the fun treats I made for the kids to enjoy.

Eye balls

white donut holes
chocolate chips
red icing gel
forks

Stick a fork through a donut hole. Press a chocolate chip in the center of the donut hole.

Use red gel to make squiggly lines to look like blood shot eyes.

Ghosts

tootsie Roll Pops
White Paper towels
string

Cover the tootsie roll pop with the paper towel. Tie with a string. wahla...ghost

Spooky Graveyard

Oreos
Swiss Cake Rolls
Milano cookies
black icing gel

Place oreos in a ziploc bag and mash them up...the kids have so much fun with this!

Pipe "RIP" on the milano cookies with the black icing gel.

Spread the oreo mash on the bottom of a tray. Place a swiss cake roll on top of the "dirt" and stick the milano cookie behind the cake roll using the gel as a "glue"

Spooky Cupcakes

Make cupcakes and frost as normal. Place a spooky trinket on top. I used spiders and skulls.

Bloody Punch
Red kool aid
floating eye balls

Mix kool aid as directed. Put eye balls (found at the store on seasonal asile) in bowl to float.

Have fun trick or treating !!!! I will post pictures of our get together as well as the kids in their costumes =)
