A Baby Sprinkle (For Layne)

This past weekend we had the honor of attending a "Baby Sprinkle" for our very sweet friend (and fellow blogger) Layne. Layne is expecting baby #2 in early January. She is fortunate enough to have a lot of hand me downs for her soon to arrive little girl. Because of that, Layne's hostess' came up with a very neat idea to have a "sprinkle" So we "sprinkled" Layne with gift cards and diapers. The sprinkle theme even carried over to the food. There was popcorn that could be sprinkled with different flavorings (which were put in salt shakers), sugar cookies with an assortment of sprinkles, and little dessert bites with icing on top with sprinkles. It was just too cute and a very neat idea.
I took Madeline with me to the "sprinkle" She had a lot of fun eating and playing in the playroom =) I think other children's toys are always more fun =)
